All houses are designed to be lived but some like this are designed to be enjoyed as pure luxury. In addition to the meters, the house has 780 m2 built and 2,750 m2 of land, the luxury here translates into spectacular views of the sea, on which the house has been projected.
Located in Benicassin, the house, which sits on the slope of a mountain, is a project of the interior design studio of Laura Yerpes. From its location there are spectacular views of the sea so in the studio they projected the villa making protagonists to these views, and integrating the spaces with the landscape.
They achieved it thanks to the use of natural materials and forms that generate a sense of freedom even inside the home. With A creative interior design, they have managed to open the rooms outside and take advantage of the light provided by the long days of the Mediterranean coast. Inside, the design of large spaces is intertwined with the continuity between rooms and large windows that they make the landscape part of the decoration of the house.
A contemporary design furniture, in which we find pieces like the Barcelona sofa, are the perfect complement to these spaces where natural materials such as stone and wood They give the environment the right touch of warmth that a home needs so that its owners are willing to get home.
